24 trainees start at TALKE
TALKE has again welcomed new trainees at its sites in Hürth, Leverkusen, Düsseldorf, Ludwigshafen, Stade and Schwarzheide this year. A total of 24 young men and women are starting out in their career at the chemical logistics company, which also offers international career prospects with operations on three continents.
The young people are being trained as Forwarding and Logistics Service Agents, Warehouse Logistics Operators, Pipe, Sewer and Industrial Service Technicians, Office Management Assistants and Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technicians. “Our training provision covers a range of recognised occupations that reflect the diverse nature of our company. As a training provider, we offer numerous exciting areas of work where young people can develop professionally and personally,” Anne Frese, trainee contact at TALKE, explains.
TALKE’s training provision is geared specifically towards meeting the company’s own requirements. From the outset, great importance is attached to well-structured, high-quality training and good cooperation. Trainees can therefore attend training sessions from the beginning and are provided with all the information they need at the start. Experienced trainers and instructors are on hand in the different departments to provide support and technical training as well as help with all kinds of questions and concerns throughout the apprenticeship.
“Vocational training is TALKE’s most important instrument for ensuring that the company has the necessary skilled employees in the medium and long term,” says Alexander Uhr, HR Team Leader. “We are therefore delighted that, once again this year, so many young people have decided to choose TALKE as their training provider and start working life with us.”
