TALKE was a pioneering company to be certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and the Safety and Quality Assessment System (SQAS) developed by the European Chemical Industry Council (cefic). In 2005, we were the first company in Germany to be assessed according to SQAS Packaged Warehouse. Our quality is also regularly monitored by Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and our quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Our "Corporate ISO" project aims to standardize all quality and certification processes across countries and organizations. Regional certificates are being replaced by overall certificates to ensure a standardized approach to quality. For example, the certificates of the sites in Germany and Qatar have been merged into the overall certificate of the TALKE Group.

Audits are an essential part of our quality management. In addition to the head office in Hürth, which is always part of every audit, other locations are selected and audited using a random sampling procedure.
