HOW TO START YOUR JOURNEY AT TALKE
Openness and transparency are important to us from the very beginning. At TALKE, we want you to know exactly what to expect during your application process and as you start your journey with us. Mutual trust and clear communication are the foundation of our successful collaboration.
ONBOARDING
At TALKE, we believe in working with real personalities—just like you. That’s why we offer a personalized onboarding plan tailored to your needs, lasting four to six months. Our goal is to ensure that you’re fully prepared for your new role, with a focus on your strengths and individual needs from the very beginning.
You’ll start by getting to know your colleagues, who will warmly welcome you to TALKE. To help you quickly gain confidence, we’ll walk you through all important workflows and interfaces. In regular feedback sessions, we’ll adjust your onboarding plan based on your wishes and needs—your input is key! After three months, we’ll have a midterm review, followed by a final probationary review after about five months.
For our apprentices, we kick things off with a Welcome Day. Throughout your training, you’ll have a mentor to guide you, providing both professional and personal support.

How long does an online application at TALKE take?
An application through our online portal takes just 5 minutes, as long as you have your documents ready.
What is the maximum file size for attachments?
You can upload attachments of up to 20 MB.
What file formats can I upload?
You can upload the following formats: doc, pdf, jpeg, gif, png.
What application format is preferred?
We prefer PDF files.
What documents should be included with the application?
At a minimum, you should upload a cover letter and a résumé. You are welcome to provide certificates during the interview.
Can I apply for positions abroad?
You are welcome to upload your applications for positions abroad online. We will forward them internally.
How should I prepare for an interview?
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with TALKE on our website beforehand and write down any questions you may have. We will be happy to answer them for you in person.
Who is my point of contact?
You will find your point of contact at the bottom of the respective job posting. They are happy to assist you with any questions.
Has my application been received?
After uploading your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt, letting you know that your application has been successfully received.
How can I withdraw my application?
You can withdraw your application by simply replying to the confirmation email.
Are the job listings on the website up to date? How often are they updated?
The job listings on our website are always up to date.
Can I apply via email?
In principle, yes. You can apply via bewerbung@talke.com.
