We use a comprehensive employee development concept, which we have continuously refined and evolved over the years to meet the high demands of our industry and shape the future together.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Our TALKE Leadership Program is a structured development program for employees with management responsibilities. The focus is on courses that strengthen the ability to develop team members, conduct feedback conversations, and provide coaching.
Additionally, leaders in management are supported in reflecting on their impact in context and developing their skills further. This program aligns with our vision of setting standards and driving chemical logistics forward through strong leadership and innovation.
Employee Development
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
In our commercial and fleet departments, we offer regular training sessions during working hours. These include mandatory trainings, such as first aid, occupational safety, and fire protection, as well as training to become a safety officer.
With our “TIPS” (TALKE Intensive Personnel Training), we provide our professional drivers with the opportunity to develop further using the “Behavior Based Safety” concept. Additionally, drivers can participate in specialized training to earn qualifications such as a master’s degree or vocational certifications. These programs align with our vision of driving chemical logistics forward through continuous development and high safety standards.
