For example, our RSA-TALKE joint venture in Dubai World Central offers 19,000+ pallet spaces for hazardous and non-hazardous chemical storage, while a second site in Jebel Ali Free Zone adds 10,000 pallet positions plus drumming and bulk liquid storage capabilities.
• Transport & Distribution: End-to-end transport services for solids and liquids across the GCC. TALKE manages road tanker fleets for bulk chemicals, container drayage for ports, and intermodal solutions. TALKE’s footprint in the Middle East spans five Gulf Cooperation Council countries, reflecting a deliberate strategy to be present wherever the chemical industry grows. We established our first Middle East operation in Saudi Arabia in 2003, when Tasnee entrusted TALKE to manage packaging and logistics for a new polypropylene plant. This success led to the formation of S.A. TALKE in 2004 – a joint venture with local partners – marking the start of TALKE’s regional expansion. By 2006, TALKE had extended its presence to Oman (serving the Sohar petrochemical cluster), and in 2008 we executed one of our largest projects to date in Qatar, supporting a major chemical complex. A regional office in Bahrain followed in 2012 to coordinate projects GCC-wide. In 2013, we entered the United Arab Emirates via RSA-TALKE, establishing world-class warehousing in Dubai and completing our GCC coverage.
