From day one, apprentices at TALKE USA are part of daily operations. You work alongside experienced colleagues at our logistics sites, learn real processes and take responsibility step by step. This hands-on approach helps you build practical skills, confidence and a strong understanding of chemical logistics.

In parallel to on-the-job training, the apprenticeship program includes classroom learning at Lee College in Baytown. TALKE covers the full cost of the program, allowing you to earn a recognized certificate while gaining professional experience. Starting pay: $16.83 per hour with incremental increases

Who can apply

To be eligible for the TALKE USA Apprenticeship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
Residence within the Lee College–Baytown district
Successful completion of all required screenings
