Our commitment in compliance with the German Hazardous Incident Ordinance (Störfallverordnung)
The operational areas have been reported to the competent authority in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the Hazardous Incident Ordinance (StörfallV). The safety reports, as per Section 9 (1) StörfallV, have been submitted to the competent authority. The 12th Ordinance for the Implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act (Hazardous Incident Ordinance - StörfallV) stipulates in Section 16 that facilities meeting specific criteria are regularly inspected on-site by authorities. These are referred to as inspections.
