Port Klang, Malaysia | May 5, 2026 – TALKE announces that Alexander Donau is the new Managing Director of TALKE Malaysia. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the site and assumes a central role within the TALKE Group’s growth strategy in Southeast Asia.

Leadership with extensive experience in Asia Pacific

Alexander Donau brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. He has built his entire professional career in the Asia Pacific region. In doing so, he has led operational units, regional organizations, and multinational teams, gaining a deep understanding of markets, supply chains, and regional specifics across the Asia Pacific region. His leadership approach is characterized by close proximity to operations, clear structures, and long-term thinking – with the objective of ensuring stable, safe, and reliable processes for customers and partners.

In addition to his operational management experience, Alexander Donau is actively involved in the regional business community. Since 2024, he has served as President of the German Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC), where he supports dialogue and cooperation between international companies and local markets in Southeast Asia.

With this background, Alexander Donau assumes responsibility for TALKE Malaysia – a site of high strategic relevance for TALKE. At the same time, TALKE Malaysia is closely integrated into the Group’s international network and functions as an important node within TALKE’s Asia Pacific footprint. At Port Klang, TALKE operates a warehouse for dangerous goods as well as a specialized warehouse for polymers and liquids. The buildings meet high environmental and safety standards and are certified according to the Green Building Index (GBI).

The site combines safe storage, professional handling, repacking, and regional distribution, providing a robust operational foundation for chemical logistics in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia.
