TALKE Officially Opens Recycling Support Center in Mont Belvieu
January 12, 2026 – Mont Belvieu, TX – TALKE USA, Inc. is proud to announce that its new Recycling Support Center at 10611 Langston Drive in Mont Belvieu officially opened today. Located directly next to TALKE’s headquarters, the center will contribute to advanced recycling and mechanical recycling efforts by aggregating post-consumer plastic. These materials will be received and formed into bales, then sorted and further processed at Cyclyx’s Houston-based Circularity Center and converted into ISCC-PLUS-certified recycling feedstock.
“At TALKE, we take contributing to a circular economy seriously,” said Richard Heath, Chief Executive Officer & President of TALKE USA, Inc. “Our new recycling support center expands our overall commitment to sustainable growth, and now, the community’s plastics will be received here before they head out for recycling. This is a win for the residents of Chambers County.”
The Recycling Support Center will:
Be a support arm for circular supply chains by aggregating post-consumer plastics
Help grow mechanical and advanced recycling efforts in communities
Provide new infrastructure and jobs in the City of Mont Belvieu
Strengthen the area’s role in sustainable petrochemical logistics
“The opening of our recycling support facility offers a real alternative to past obstacles regarding the large amount of plastic products our local community disposes of,” said Heath. “For our entire team, our customers, and the Mont Belvieu community, today marks a new beginning for effective, safe, and sustainable plastics recycling.”
Alexander Boehm, Chief Operating Officer of TALKE USA, added: “This achievement reflects the Chambers County Recycling Collaboration that made this project possible. Chambers County, the City of Mont Belvieu, our partners at Cyclyx, and our colleagues at ExxonMobil have been instrumental in helping us bring this vision to life. Together, we’re building infrastructure that supports a circular economy and benefits our community.”
Today’s opening celebration brought together local officials, Chambers County representatives, City of Mont Belvieu leaders, partners from Cyclyx, and members of the TALKE USA team to mark this important milestone for sustainable industry innovation.
