November 13, 2025 – Baytown, TX - TALKE USA, Inc. announces that its new warehouse located at 6944 Nita Way, Baytown, TX is open for operations since today. The 150,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility sits on 15+ acres, with room to expand to more than 660,000 square feet across 47+ acres. TGS Cedar Port DC 3 is the newest facility in Cedar Port Industrial Park, the largest master-planned rail-and-barge-served industrial park in the United States. The warehouse will provide good paying local jobs while making sizable investments in the region's economic future.
