Alfred Talke GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies as defined in AktG (hereafter: “TALKE”) have engaged Compliance Officer Services Legal, Stephan Rheinwald, lawyer, with the task of (outsourced) internal reporting office as defined in s. 14 (1) HinSchG. 

As part of the Compliance Management System, the internal reporting office receives reports from employees, as well as from customers and business partners of TALKE, regarding breaches of the law and other compliance violations by TALKE. All reports are treated in strictest confidence taking into account the confidentiality of the identity of whistleblowers. Upon request, whistleblowers can remain anonymous. 

In addition, the internal reporting office also acts as the complaints office as defined in s. 8 LkSG. The complaints office receives complaints regarding breaches of human rights and environmental duties of care by TALKE or by suppliers of TALKE. Incoming reports are processed in accordance with the “TALKE rules of procedure for processing reports of breaches of human rights and environmental duties of care”. 

The complaints office can be contacted by employees, as well as by customers, business partners and suppliers of TALKE. Reports/complaints can be submitted personally or by phone in German and English. Written reports can be submitted in all languages.
