Subcontractors in Chemical Logistics – Liquid Bulk Transport Partners Wanted
TALKE is looking for reliable subcontractors in liquid chemical logistics (liquid bulk). This page is for transport partners who share our values of safety, responsibility, and fair collaboration. Discover what sets TALKE apart as a partner on equal footing and how you can join our network. Get in touch with us - we look forward to taking the next steps together.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking transport companies (subcontractors) with trucks registered in Germany – particularly in northern, western, or southwestern Germany – operating long-haul transports within Germany and neighboring countries. You should be able to serve as a tank container transport partner or provide semi-trailer long-haul services in Germany and beyond. Your drivers must hold a valid ADR license for hazardous goods, as our transports involve liquid chemicals.
Experience in chemical logistics is a plus but not an absolute requirement. What matters most is your willingness to meet our high safety and quality standards. We welcome both established liquid bulk subcontractors and smaller carriers new to chemical logistics – as long as you are motivated and ready to integrate into our processes.
What is important to us
Safety and reliability: Safety is our top priority. Full compliance with all legal requirements (e.g., ADR regulations) and our own high quality standards is a matter of course and non-negotiable. Your vehicles must be properly maintained, and your drivers must strictly follow established procedures. We also expect reliability and on-time deliveries – we need partners we can always count on.
Partnership approach: We believe in open communication and working together as equals. A partnership on equal footing means addressing challenges constructively and finding solutions together. We aim for long-term partnerships with companies that share our values, act responsibly, and engage proactively with us.
Commitment to quality: Chemical logistics demands excellence. We value partners who are eager to continually improve in terms of safety, quality, and service. If you are new to this sector, we will support you with our expertise to help you meet all necessary standards. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
What we offer
We know that a successful collaboration must benefit both sides. As a TALKE partner, you will enjoy numerous advantages:
- Partnership on equal footing: We treat you with respect and trust. As a subcontractor, you are our partner – we invest in a long-term relationship where both parties succeed together.
- SQAS-compliant onboarding: Our structured onboarding process follows SQAS guidelines (Safety & Quality Assessment System). We guide you through all procedures and ensure you meet our quality and safety requirements from day one.
- Regular TALKE audits and BBS rides: To maintain quality, we conduct regular vehicle and safety audits. We also perform Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) ride-alongs on selected trips to reinforce our high safety standards and continuously improve together.
- Fair compensation & on-time payment: You receive a competitive, fair rate for your services – reliably and punctually. Count on prompt payment as per the agreed terms, so you can plan with confidence.
- Equipment support if needed: Missing specific equipment for a job? We’ve got you covered – if required, we can provide equipment such as container chassis or tank containers from our fleet. This ensures that a lack of gear is never a barrier to our partnership.
How it works
We strive to make partnering with TALKE transparent and straightforward. From initial contact to daily operations, we guide you every step of the way:
- Get in touch: Interested in partnering with us? Reach out via the “Get in touch” button to contact us by email, or give us a call. Our team will respond promptly to discuss the opportunity.
- Initial discussion: We’ll arrange a personal discussion to cover all important points. We want to learn about your company’s services, fleet, and operating area, and you can learn about TALKE as a client and our expectations.
- Qualification check: Together, we’ll verify that key requirements are met - for example, valid operating licenses, ADR certifications, and driver training. If anything is missing (such as an ADR course for drivers), we will help you find a solution.
- Onboarding & agreement: If everything aligns, we proceed with onboarding. Our team walks you through all necessary steps: completing the partner documentation, safety briefings, and preparing for your first assignments. We finalize a partnership agreement that clearly defines the cooperation and payment terms. During onboarding, we also familiarize you with our systems (e.g. order handling, communication channels).
- Start of operations: Now it’s time to get on the road. You’ll carry out your first transports for TALKE. Our dispatch team works closely with you to plan routes and loads - transparently and proactively - ensuring optimal utilization of your capacity. If you have questions or run into issues, your TALKE contacts are always available to assist.
- Ongoing quality assurance: Even after operations begin, we support you continuously. We conduct regular TALKE quality checks, reviewing items like vehicle documents and load securement. At intervals, our safety experts perform BBS ride-alongs, accompanying your drivers and providing constructive feedback on safety practices. This way, we jointly ensure all guidelines are followed and your team operates safely at all times.
- Dedicated contact person: As a partner, you will have a dedicated contact person at TALKE. This coordinator handles your concerns, coordinates our cooperation, and is available for quick communication. Whether it’s about scheduling, billing, or technical questions - you will always have a direct line to someone in our team.
